Karachi: The currency exchange rates in Pakistan have seen modest fluctuations over the past two days, as per the latest data provided by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan. The rates for major currencies such as the US dollar, Euro, and British Pound, along with others, have experienced slight variations in buying and selling prices.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, on October 17, 2024, the buying rate for the US dollar was 277.76, while the selling rate was 279.11. The Euro was bought at 299.75 and sold at 302.43, whereas the British Pound was bought at 358.80 and sold at 362.10. Other currencies, including the Japanese Yen and the UAE Dirham, also showed minor adjustments in their rates.

The following day, October 18, the rates showed a slight decrease for the US dollar, with a buying rate of 277.60 and a selling rate of 279.13. The Euro and British Pound also saw small changes in their exchange rates. The rates for the Japanese Yen and the UAE Dirham remained stable.
