Karachi, In a significant move to strengthen Pakistan's technology sector, DHA Karachi (DCK) Innovista and Indus IT Feast have signed multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with key industry players including Microsoft. This collaboration, announced on May 8, marks a pivotal development in the creation of a Special Technology Zone aimed at nurturing IT growth in the region.

According to Zameen.Com, the MoUs are seen as a major vote of confidence in the potential of DCK’s project, expected to attract new IT companies and support the expansion of existing ones within the IT park. The agreements are anticipated to open up numerous opportunities for freelancers, with recruitment agencies playing a vital role in facilitating these opportunities. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah expressed the government's commitment to reviving the IT sector and highlighted the Special Investment Facilitation Council’s (SIFC) role in ensuring fast-track approvals and processes for the timely completion of the IT park.
