Faisalabad, In an innovative approach to consumer service, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has initiated online workshops to swiftly address and resolve electricity-related issues reported by consumers in the Fesco region. This initiative, conducted under the directives of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and Chief Executive Engineer Mohammad Amir, aims to enhance service efficiency through direct communication between consumers and Fesco officials.

During a recent online meeting held at the Circle Office, customers from Abdullapur, Chak Jhamra, Jardanwala, Chiniot, and Lalian Divisions presented their concerns to SE First Circle, Amir Khan. The issues ranged from meter changes and old transformer replacements to the repair of electrical wires and the removal of service interruptions.

He further instructed the concerned officers to address these issues promptly and report back on their resolution, highlighting a commitment to prioritizing customer issues and enhancing the overall quality of service delivery in the region.
