CDA Expands Services in Islamabad with Extended Hours and New Information Desks

Islamabad, In a move to enhance citizen services, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced new information desks and extended operating hours at its One Window facility. This initiative aims to streamline services and improve accessibility for residents of Islamabad.

According to Zameen.Com, the CDA has consolidated various service counters into a single location to make processes more efficient for citizens. The addition of special information counters is part of an effort to offer more comprehensive assistance under one roof.

The digitization of CDA's records has also begun, which is expected to speed up the resolution of complaints and facilitate smoother transactions for public services. Additionally, to better serve the needs of the community, the CDA has extended the operating hours of its One Window facility, now open from 9 am to 9 pm.
