Development Authority Initiates Digital File Processing System

Lahore, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is set to digitize the processing of fully sifted files following directives from Director General Tahir Farooq. The move aims to streamline operations and reduce delays for citizens.

According to Zameen.Com, Tahir Farooq has instructed the Chief IT Officer to implement a new system that allows for the digital processing of files with a single click. He emphasized the importance of processing fully sifted and cleared files promptly and set a strict timeline for handling non-sifted files to avoid delays for citizens.

Farooq also directed that applications received at the LDA's one-window operation should be processed within the designated timeline. He highlighted that the main objective of this initiative is to deliver prompt services and provide relief to citizens.
