Jubilee Life Insurance Celebrates Five Years of Youth Empowerment with Enterprise Challenge Pakistan

Karachi, Jubilee Life Insurance, Pakistan's leading private sector insurance company, commemorated five years of successful collaboration with SEED Ventures on the Enterprise Challenge Pakistan (ECP). The celebration, held at the British Deputy High Commission (BDHC) in Karachi, marked a significant milestone in empowering the country's youth through this innovative business challenge.

According to Jubilee Life Insurance, the event was graced by the British Deputy High Commissioner, Her Excellency Ms. Sarah Mooney, and featured speakers including the Managing Director & CEO of Jubilee Life Insurance, Mr. Javed Ahmed, and the Head of Marketing and Brand Management at Jubilee Life Insurance, Mr. Usman Qaiser. They were joined by CEO of SEED Ventures, Ms. Shaista Ayesha, and ECP Programme Manager, Ms. Maha Salman. ECP, initiated by Prince’s Trust International and executed by SEED Ventures since 2016, is a national competition targeting students aged 14-18, aiming to kindle their entrepreneurial spirit and prepare them as future job creators.

Jubilee Life's partnership with ECP aligns with its broader vision of addressing socio-economic challenges by empowering youth and women, particularly focusing on social inclusion. Over the past five years, this collaboration has engaged with over 4,000 young individuals from more than 100 schools across Pakistan, imparting essential skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Looking ahead, Jubilee Life Insurance and SEED Ventures plan to expand ECP's reach significantly. In the next five years, the program aims to impact 2000 schools and onboard 30,000 young people, especially from underprivileged backgrounds, across Pakistan. This expansion is part of a continued commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and positive change among the youth.
