Zong 4G Partners with Planet Beyond to Enhance Credit Management for Users

Karachi, Zong 4G, a leading telecom provider in Pakistan, has announced a collaboration with Planet Beyond to streamline credit management for its users. This partnership will integrate Zong's recharge services with the Planet Beyond platform, simplifying how users top up their balances.

According to Zong Pakistan, the memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed on April 30 at Zong 4G’s headquarters in Islamabad, marking a significant step in enhancing customer convenience. The collaboration was formalized by Wasi Ansari, Director of Sales and Distribution at Zong 4G, and Asad Ali, CEO of Planet Beyond, a company known for its expertise in mobile Value Added Services (VAS) and its operations in the United Kingdom and Pakistan.

This strategic partnership will allow Zong 4G customers to easily manage their credits through the Planet Beyond App, thereby improving access and convenience. It reflects Zong 4G’s commitment to adapting its services to meet the changing needs of its users and to enhance the customer experience by making interactions simpler and more direct.
