AGP Limited Reports 15% Revenue Growth in CY25, Highlights Inorganic Expansion

Karachi: AGP Limited has reported a 15 percent increase in consolidated revenue for the calendar year 2025, reaching PKR 28.9 billion. The pharmaceutical company attributed over half of its growth to inorganic expansion, as revealed in a corporate briefing session held today.

According to AKD Securities Limited, AGP's revenue growth was significantly driven by its subsidiaries, OBS AGP and OBS Pakistan, which together accounted for 42 percent of the company's total revenues. The OBS AGP/Sandoz portfolio saw its revenue increase from PKR 1.9 billion to PKR 8.2 billion, while the OBS Pakistan/Pfizer portfolio grew from PKR 1.7 billion to PKR 3.8 billion since their respective acquisitions.

AGP's sales mix for CY25 was primarily comprised of trade sales, which constituted 85 percent of total sales. Exports accounted for 9 percent, institutional sales for 6 percent, and toll supplies for 1 percent. The company's future outlook was also discussed during the briefing, emphasizing continued focus on expanding its market presence and leveraging its subsidiaries for further growth.
