Lahore, The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has announced an exciting investment opportunity with the introduction of 'Grand Souq Lahore', situated on Main Ferozepur Road. Prospective investors and retailers have until December 1 to submit their applications for a chance to be included in the ballot for shops in this novel marketplace.

According to Zameen.com, Grand Souq Lahore will feature shops of varying sizes, including 350, 450, and 550 sq ft, with prices starting at PKR 100,000 per sq ft for ground-floor units, PKR 85,000 per sq ft for first-floor units, and PKR 75,000 per sq ft for second-floor units. Buyers will be able to gain ownership of their units within three years and benefit from a four-year installment plan. The balloting for the shops is scheduled to begin on December 15.
