Islamabad: Bank Alfalah, a leading commercial bank in Pakistan, announced the inauguration of the 10th batch of its ALFA Lead, Management Trainee Program today. This year's initiative has attracted an unprecedented number of over 7,100 applicants, underlining the bank's status as a preferred employer.

According to Bank Alfalah, the 'Hire for Attitude' approach has been adopted to select participants for the ALFA Lead program. This method emphasizes the importance of aligning with the bank's core values and seeks to find candidates who are not only skillful but also fit the cultural ethos of the organization.

The program will involve 18 talented graduates who were selected from the vast pool of applicants. They will undergo a rigorous three-month training designed to furnish them with essential skills and knowledge for their prospective roles in the bank. Following the training, they will be assigned to various departments that align with their individual strengths and career aspirations.

Atif Bajwa, President and CEO of Bank Alfalah, alongside other senior management members, extended a hearty welcome to the new trainees.
