Karachi: Bank Alfalah has inaugurated its 10th batch of the ALFA Lead Management Trainee Program, a pivotal initiative aimed at fostering future leaders within the organization. This year, the program received over 7,100 applications, highlighting the bank's appeal as a preferred employer.
According to Bank Alfalah, the selected 18 graduates were chosen through a rigorous process under the bank's 'Hire for Attitude' strategy, which prioritizes alignment with the bank's core values along with professional skills. The trainees will participate in a comprehensive three-month training, designed to prepare them for significant roles within the bank depending on their individual strengths and career aspirations.
Atif Bajwa, the President and CEO of Bank Alfalah, along with other senior management, welcomed the new trainees, emphasizing their crucial role in the bank's future.
