Karachi: Bank Makramah Limited (BML) has entered into a strategic partnership with Avanza Solutions, enhancing their digital capabilities with the integration of the Novus Suite platform, designed to revolutionize customer service and operational efficiency in banking.

According to Bank Makramah Limited, the agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony at BML’s head office in Karachi. Present at the event were BML’s President and CEO Jawad Majid Khan, Deputy CEO Farhan Baig, and Head of ADC Ashfaq Naveed, along with Avanza Solutions’ CEO Omer Ahmed Khan, CBO Jalil Ahmed Farooqui, and COO Danish Farooque, among others.

The Novus Suite by Avanza is a comprehensive digital solution that aggregates core banking functionalities into a unified platform, enabling financial institutions to navigate the complexities of the modern banking landscape effectively. This suite includes an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for integrating various banking channels, advanced card management systems, and a real-time transaction processing mechanism that spans ATMs, point-of-sale systems, and online banking.

Deputy CEO Farhan Baig remarked on the significance of this upgrade, emphasizing that it not only enhances operational efficiencies but also sets new benchmarks in secure and personalized banking services. He highlighted the partnership’s role in meeting customer demands with innovative solutions.
