Lahore: The Central Business Development (CBD) Punjab has announced the launch of new plots in NSIT City Silicon Block 2, expanding on the earlier success of Silicon Block 1.

According to Zameen.Com, the release was made public via CBD Punjab's official Facebook handle. The newly launched Silicon Block 2 consists of seven prime plots located in NSIT City, DHA Phase 7, Lahore. Each plot is ready for immediate construction and is being offered at PKR 12 crore per kanal. The payment plan is spread over seven years, with an initial payment requirement of only 20%, making it an attractive proposition for investors. The plots are set to be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

NSIT City Silicon Block 2 is supported by the Government of Punjab and is a part of the Special Technology Zone Authority (STZA), providing significant benefits such as exemptions on customs duties, taxes, and import duties for machinery, equipment, and software. This support underscores the strategic and economic advantages of investing in the technology-driven development. Potential buyers are advised to move quickly to secure a plot in this coveted project.
