CDA and P3A Partner to Enhance Islamabad’s Infrastructure Projects

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) have decided to engage transactional advisors to support and enhance key development projects throughout the city.

According to Zameen.Com, CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa expressed the authority’s commitment on Monday to advance both ongoing and future projects. This strategic partnership will concentrate on significant initiatives, including the Jinnah Medical Complex and various commercial developments. The P3A will assist in preparing and evaluating feasibility studies, while also providing technical expertise for joint ventures with the CDA.

This collaboration is aimed at promoting sustainable development and establishing a reliable income source for Islamabad, positioning the city for substantial economic and infrastructural advancement.
