Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced a partnership with a UK firm to create a state-of-the-art safari park in Islamabad, an initiative supported by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).
According to Zameen.Com, the project aims to boost the city's recreational and tourism appeal by offering a high-standard safari experience to both residents and tourists. CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, who chaired a recent meeting, discussed plans to ensure the safari park adheres to international quality standards.
The meeting also covered enhancements to F-9 Park and improvements at the CDA Hospital, including the addition of a medical college to increase the hospital's operational efficiency and financial sustainability. These developments are part of a broader initiative by the CDA to upgrade its services and facilities across the capital.
