CDA to Launch Real Estate Projects for Overseas Pakistanis

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has unveiled plans to introduce several high-standard real estate projects targeted specifically at overseas Pakistanis. These initiatives, aimed at offering premium investment opportunities in Islamabad, were discussed in recent meetings with the Public-Private Partnership Authority.

According to Zameen.Com, CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa highlighted the authority’s commitment to providing overseas Pakistanis with opportunities to invest in world-class real estate ventures that meet international standards. “Overseas Pakistanis are being provided with exceptional chances to invest in world-class real estate ventures within the capital,” Randhawa stated, emphasizing the projects’ potential to attract significant foreign investment and contribute positively to Pakistan’s economic growth.

Randhawa further noted that the CDA is focused on ensuring these projects are encumbrance-free, offering high returns on investments. The Public-Private Partnership Authority is set to play a crucial role by providing technical expertise, and the process of hiring advisers and consultants to guide these projects is already underway. Moreover, the CDA is carefully reviewing unsolicited proposals to select the most viable options that align with its development goals, aiming to enhance foreign remittances and accelerate the capital’s development.
