Faisalabad, September 27, 2021 (PPI-OT):Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Engr. Bashir Ahmed has declared the Peoples Colony Division as model Division of FESCO region and said that provision of excellent services to consumers is top priority of FESCO, he was presiding over a meeting as Peoples Colony of Division. He directed the FESCO officers and officials that consumers’ service should be their motto. He said that the process for installation of new transformers, change of rotten electricity poles, two phase transformers, D-Fitting set and bus bar is continued all over the FESCO region for the improvement of the distribution system which is emerging with significant results.

In view of that Peoples Colony Division is consisting upon the posh areas of the Faisalabad city he declared Peoples Colony Division as model Division of FESCO and said that in first phase, applicant of the Peoples Colony Division can apply for new connection through any Customer Services Center of the city while staff of the Division would be restricted to complete the all process and also inform the applicant all steps through SMS. These steps would consist upon receiving a file, issuance of demand notice and verification of test report etc.

During the meeting Executive Engineer (XEN) Peoples Colony Division Zibtadul Zia briefed the CEO about the overall performance of the Peoples Colony Division. CEO Engr. Bashir Ahmed appreciated the XEN and his team and expressed satisfaction over their performance and hoped that the same spirit would be continued in future. Chief Engineer Operation Mian Ghulam Farooq and Sub Divisional officers of PC Division were also present during the meeting.
