Islamabad: Oil and Gas Development Company Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for September 23, 2024, to review the annual accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, and to announce any entitlements.

According to Oil and Gas Development Company Limited, the board will convene in Islamabad to deliberate on the financial outcomes and potential entitlement declarations. Additionally, the company has instituted a “Closed Period” from September 16 to September 23, 2024, during which directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading company shares, in compliance with PSX Regulations. This measure ensures transparency and fairness in handling insider information prior to public disclosure.
