Currency Exchange Rates Fluctuate in Pakistan’s Market

KARACHI: Currency exchange rates in Pakistan's market experienced fluctuations on September 30, 2026, with the United States Dollar (USD), Euro (EURO), and British Pound (GBP) all seeing changes in their buying and selling values.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the buying and selling rates for the USD were recorded at 278.06 and 279.13, respectively. The EURO had a buying rate of 315.10 and a selling rate of 318.13. The GBP was reported with a buying rate of 367.80 and a selling rate of 371.19.

The Japanese Yen (JPY) also showed movement, with its rates at 1.75 for buying and 1.81 for selling. The United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) saw buying and selling rates of 75.68 and 76.25, respectively. Meanwhile, the Saudi Riyal (SR) was listed at 73.99 for buying and 74.48 for selling. The interbank exchange rate for the USD was noted at 277.11 for buying and 277.31 for selling.

These fluctuations highlight the dynamic nature of currency markets, impacting various sectors of the economy.
