Karachi: The currency exchange rates in Pakistan have shown slight fluctuations over the last two days, the latest figures released by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan.
According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the US dollar traded at 278.95 buying and 279.75 selling as of August 30, 2024, showing a minor decrease from 279.15 buying and 280.00 selling on August 29. The Euro and the British Pound also saw modest declines in their exchange rates, moving from 308.92 to 307.76 buying for the Euro and from 366.77 to 365.98 buying for the Pound over the same period.
The rates for the Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham, and Saudi Riyal remained relatively stable with only slight adjustments in their selling and buying prices. The Interbank rate for the US dollar also reflected a slight decrease, moving from 278.64 buying and 278.84 selling on August 29 to 278.54 buying and 278.74 selling on August 30.
This minor volatility in currency rates reflects ongoing economic dynamics and market responses to both domestic and international financial activities.
