Currency Exchange Rates in Pakistan Show Moderate Changes

Karachi: Exchange rates for major currencies in Pakistan showed moderate fluctuations, with slight increases observed in some foreign currencies against the Pakistani Rupee.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the US Dollar was priced at 278.19 for buying and 279.10 for selling. The Euro was reported at 318.87 for buying and 321.72 for selling. The British Pound Sterling registered buying and selling rates at 371.54 and 375.18, respectively.

The Japanese Yen stood at 1.75 for buying and 1.81 for selling. The United Arab Emirates Dirham was recorded at 75.65 for buying and 76.25 for selling. The Saudi Riyal was quoted at 73.95 for buying and 74.47 for selling. The interbank rates were noted at 277.25 for buying and 277.45 for selling, providing a consistent benchmark for currency exchanges across the country.
