Currency Exchange Rates Show Marginal Fluctuations

Karachi: Currency exchange rates in Pakistan have shown slight fluctuations, with minor changes in buying and selling rates for major foreign currencies. The adjustments reflect ongoing shifts in the global foreign exchange market.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the U.S. Dollar experienced an increase in both buying and selling rates, moving from 277.15 and 278.97 to 277.43 and 279.06 respectively. The Euro also saw an upward trend, with its rates shifting from 289.77 and 292.51 to 291.14 and 293.89.

The British Pound followed a similar pattern, with buying and selling rates increasing from 347.63 and 350.95 to 349.55 and 352.88. The Japanese Yen saw a marginal decrease in its selling price, adjusting from 1.85 to 1.84, while the buying rate remained consistent at 1.79.

The exchange rate for the United Arab Emirates Dirham slightly decreased in the buying rate from 75.27 to 75.25, maintaining the selling rate at 75.97. The Saudi Riyal also showed a minor decrease in buying rate, from 73.52 to 73.50, with the selling rate unchanged at 74.18.

Interbank rates for the U.S. Dollar saw a slight increase, with the buying rate moving from 277.96 to 278.04, and the selling rate from 278.16 to 278.24. The changes in these rates indicate ongoing adjustments influenced by international market conditions.
