Karachi: The currency exchange rates in Pakistan displayed mixed trends, with fluctuations observed across various foreign currencies, according to recent data. The figures highlighted changes in the buying and selling rates of prominent currencies including the US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham, and Saudi Riyal.
According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the US Dollar was recorded at a buying rate of 278.17 and a selling rate of 279.22. The Euro showed a buying rate of 317.45 and a selling rate of 320.75. Meanwhile, the British Pound was noted at 370.06 for buying and 373.87 for selling. The Japanese Yen had a buying rate of 1.75 and a selling rate of 1.81, while the UAE Dirham was marked at 75.70 for buying and 76.29 for selling. The Saudi Riyal exhibited a buying rate of 74.02 and a selling rate of 74.52. The interbank rate for the US Dollar was listed between 277.20 and 277.40.
