Bahawalpur: Defence Housing Authority Bahawalpur (DHA-BWP) has formalized an agreement with CPL Developers Pvt Ltd for the construction of new residential units in Sectors C and E, aiming to improve the standard of living within the community.

According to Zameen.Com, the signing ceremony was held at the DHA Bahawalpur’s Head Office on MB-2, Jinnah Avenue, Sector B, APE Canal Road. The event was attended by representatives from CPL Developers and DHA Bahawalpur’s senior officials, including the Project Director. Under the new contract, CPL Developers Pvt Ltd is set to construct 70 houses, comprising 50 units on 8 Marla plots in Sector C and 20 units on 5 Marla plots in Sector E. This initiative reflects DHA Bahawalpur’s ongoing efforts to cater to increasing demand for quality residential options and to bolster the area’s appeal as a desirable living and investment destination.
