Multan: In a significant move for urban development in South Punjab, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan formally handed over Downtown Rumanza to Zameen Developments during a ceremony held on Friday, October 4, 2024. The event, which was announced via DHA Multan’s official Facebook page on October 7, marks a pivotal development in the partnership between the two entities.

According to Zameen.Com, the ceremony was attended by key personnel from both organizations, including DHA Multan’s Project Director Brigadier Ahmad Rizwan Ghumman and Project Secretary Colonel Saim Nabi. Representing Zameen Developments were Founder and CEO Mr. Zeeshan Ali Khan, Senior Director Commercial Adil Ahmad Kamal, and Senior Director Project Sales Laeeque Iftikhar Chaudary. Their presence highlighted the collaborative effort towards enhancing urban living standards in Multan.

Downtown Rumanza, a premier project by Zameen Developments, aims to redefine luxury living within the Rumanza Golf Community of DHA Multan.
