This new scheme includes additional incentives specifically tailored for expatriates, as announced on the authority’s official Facebook page.

According to Zameen.Com, the quick possession timeline includes drawing approval within 1-2 days, plot handover on the third day, and demarcation by the fourth day. This expedited process is part of DHA Peshawar’s efforts to streamline the investment experience for overseas customers and boost satisfaction by minimizing wait times.

Furthermore, DHA Peshawar has introduced a One Window Operation to simplify procedures for international buyers. This service allows plot transactions to be completed via email or WhatsApp, catering specifically to the needs of the expat community. The initiative also includes exclusive financing deals, discounts, and personalized support aimed at making property investment in Pakistan more appealing and accessible for expatriates.
