Peshawar: In a significant push to expedite the development of commercial properties within its domain, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar has rolled out a new set of incentives aimed at encouraging builders to initiate construction projects ahead of schedule. The program offers a combination of financial breaks and promotional support, focusing on enhancing the pace of commercial development.
According to Zameen.Com, the incentive package includes a 25% waiver on development charges for developers who begin their construction activities soon. For the builders who take advantage of this offer, half of the remaining development charges must be paid upfront. The balance can then be spread out into manageable installments.
To ensure these new ventures gain the necessary attention and traction, DHA Peshawar will also host groundbreaking ceremonies to mark the commencement of construction, providing critical public exposure. Builders will benefit from complimentary advertising on DHA Peshawar’s social media channels, significantly increasing project visibility. The authority will further facilitate these developments by helping to secure essential utilities connections and by offering access to specialized banking finance options.
These benefits are available until the end of December 2024, with DHA Peshawar giving additional exclusive incentives to its officially authorized property dealers on a first-come, first-served basis. This strategic move is designed to attract more developers to the area, boosting local commercial growth and infrastructure development.
