DHA Quetta Announces Increase in Feature Charges for Plots Starting October

Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Quetta has announced an increase in feature charges for plots, effective from October 1, 2024. This change will impact both residential and commercial properties within the development.

According to Zameen.Com, current plot owners have until September 30, 2024, to submit their feature charges at the existing rates before the new pricing structure is implemented. The revised feature charges are as follows:

For residential plots:

2 Kanal: Single Feature (10%) at 1.68 million, Semi + Single Feature (15%) at 2.52 million.

1 Kanal: Single Feature (10%) at 0.93 million, Semi + Single Feature (15%) at 1.39 million.

16 Marla: Single Feature (10%) at 0.79 million, Semi + Single Feature (15%) at 1.18 million.

10 Marla: Single Feature (10%) at 0.54 million, Semi + Single Feature (15%) at 0.81 million.

8 Marla: Single Feature (10%) at 0.45 million, Semi + Single Feature (15%) at 0.67 million.

For commercial plots:

2 Kanal: Single Feature (10%) at 6.62 million.

1 Kanal: Single Feature (10%) at 2.80 million.

8 Marla: Single Feature (10%) at 2.10 million.

4 Marla: Single Feature (10%) at 1.48 million.
