Quetta: In response to appeals from its stakeholders, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has extended the deadline to clear pending dues to October 31, 2024. This extension applies to all DHA products and includes a significant relief measure—a complete waiver of surcharges on overdue payments, which provides additional financial flexibility for its members.

According to Zameen.Com, DHA Quetta announced this decision on its official Facebook page, emphasizing its commitment to accommodating the needs of its stakeholders. This move is part of DHA’s ongoing efforts to support its community, especially those who have encountered difficulties in meeting previous payment deadlines. The extension also follows a recent Mini-Location Ballot on September 17, where plot allocations were made for Sector A6 and upgrades were given to stakeholders in Sector A5 to the Early Bird Sectors.
