Islamabad: Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has announced the sale of 5.33 marla commercial plots in Phase I, located on Amaltas Road. These plots, suitable for G+3 constructions, are available with an attractive option of installment payments, aimed at both long-term investors and business owners seeking prime real estate in a reputable development.

According to Zameen.Com, prospective buyers are offered two payment plans: a lump-sum payment of PKR 50.16 million or an installment plan totaling PKR 55.16 million. The installment option requires a 25% down payment of PKR 13.91 million, followed by six quarterly installments of PKR 6.87 million each. These prices include DHA charges and applicable taxes for tax filers. Non-filers and purchasers of corner plots will incur an additional charge of 10%.
