Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has launched a new offering of 8 marla commercial plots in Sector K of DHA Phase V, enabling the construction of mid-rise buildings that can include ground plus five stories.

According to Zameen.Com, these plots were announced via DHAI-R’s official Facebook page on October 24. They are available for direct purchase either through a one-time lump-sum payment or via a flexible 1.5-year quarterly installment plan. Buyers opting for the installment method are required to make a 25% down payment, with the total cost of the plots set at PKR 60.18 million, followed by subsequent quarterly installments of PKR 8.25 million each.

The pricing structure incorporates all DHA charges and government taxes applicable only to tax-filers, with an additional 10% premium charged for corner plots. Non-filers or those who file taxes late will need to bear any relevant government taxes on their own.
