Islamabad: In a decisive meeting on July 11, Director General Capt Muhammad Zafar Iqbal (retd) called for accelerated efforts to complete several delayed housing projects. This directive came during the All Project Progress Review meeting held in the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority Committee Room.
According to Zameen.Com, the meeting saw participation from the Chief Engineer, Technical Director, and Project Directors, who reviewed the progress of significant housing projects including the F-14/F-15 Housing Project, Green Enclave One/Sky Garden Housing Project, G-14 Housing Project, G-15 Housing Project, and Park Road Housing Project. Specific concerns were addressed regarding land possession issues in Sector G-15/3 and Sector G-14/1, with directives issued to resolve these promptly.
Director General Iqbal emphasized the necessity of providing complete facilities to the allottees as sectors and apartments develop. He highlighted the critical importance of expediting project completions to meet the housing demands effectively.
Furthermore, Capt Iqbal lauded the efforts of all directors involved and issued special instructions to fast-track projects like Kashmir Avenue, Skyline Apartments, Chaklala, and Lifestyle Afro. These projects are expected to commence immediately, following the strategies set by the Executive Board.
