Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan Reports Currency Exchange Rates for Mid-August

Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan has released the latest currency exchange rates, showing slight fluctuations in major currencies against the Pakistani Rupee over the past few days. This data highlights the ongoing trends in the financial markets as the country navigates through economic uncertainties.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, on August 17, the US Dollar was traded at 279.44 buying and 280.40 selling, while by August 19, it adjusted slightly to 279.38 buying and 280.30 selling. The Euro and British Pound also saw minor adjustments. The Euro moved from 306.92 buying and 308.32 selling on August 17 to 306.97 buying and 308.58 selling on August 19. Similarly, the British Pound shifted from 360.32 buying and 362.12 selling to 360.31 buying and 362.27 selling over the same period.

The report also provided rates for other currencies such as the Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham, and Saudi Riyal, all of which exhibited minor shifts.
