Exchange Rates in Pakistan: USD and Other Currencies Show Stability

Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan (ECAP) released the open market closing exchange rates, revealing the buying and selling rates of several major currencies as of September 23, 2026. The data indicates a stable currency market, with the US Dollar (USD) being bought at 278.17 and sold at 279.22.

According to the State Bank of Pakistan, the Euro (EUR) is being traded with a buying rate of 317.45 and a selling rate of 320.75. The British Pound (GBP) is available at a buying rate of 370.06 and a selling rate of 373.87. The Japanese Yen (JPY) is listed with a buying rate of 1.75 and a selling rate of 1.81. Additionally, the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and the Saudi Riyal (SAR) are being bought at 75.70 and 74.02, respectively, with selling rates of 76.29 and 74.52.
