Faisalabad, Residents of Faisalabad will experience widespread power outages due to necessary repairs, expansions, and replacements of electric lines along with crucial maintenance at various grid stations. The disruptions, which will occur from May 9 to May 11, are part of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company's (FESCO) efforts to enhance the reliability of the electric supply across the region.

According to Faisalabad Electric Supply Company, the outages are scheduled to facilitate a range of maintenance works on different feeders across the city. On May 9, from 8 AM to 2 AM, areas connected to the 132 KV Khatar Riya Nawalagar District will face electricity suspension. Other affected areas include WAPDASTI, FOREST PARK, RAFIQ SPING, and several others along the SCARP COLONY GRID STATION.

Further disruptions will continue on May 10 and May 11, with outages planned from early morning to late evening in various parts of the city including Industrial State Grid Station Bahadrewala, Manjhala Bagh, and several residential and industrial areas. Key affected areas on May 11 will include Roshanwala, MGM, Chenab Garden, Four Seasons, and others linked to the Marine Road Grid Station.

FESCO has outlined the schedule for each affected area, ensuring residents and businesses are informed in advance to minimize inconvenience. The utility company has advised the public to make necessary arrangements and has assured that the maintenance work is essential for upgrading the infrastructure and ensuring the stability of power supply in the future.
