Gujranwala: Senior officials from the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala and ARY Laguna conducted a site visit at the ARY Laguna project in Gujranwala to assess the progress of the development, which is set to feature Punjab’s first ‘beach view’ residential project.

According to Zameen.Com, the visit by the DHA Administrator and the CEO of ARY Laguna on August 24 was documented in a video shared on DHA Gujranwala’s official Facebook page, which featured a briefing on the project’s progress followed by a prayer ceremony. Despite the apparent lack of visible construction activity such as machinery or workforce in the video, the project has been making strides since the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding on December 21, 2020.

The partnership between DHA Gujranwala and ARY Laguna aims to bring an innovative living experience to Punjab with amenities that include a beachfront view, an attraction not previously available in the region. While initial teasers and meetings have fueled public excitement since early 2021, recent developments indicate that construction momentum is about to accelerate. ARY Laguna management has installed a billboard and established temporary on-site offices, with SPARCO Construction Company, known for its robust industry reputation, spearheading the construction efforts.

As ARY Laguna Gujranwala moves closer to its full-scale development phase, further updates and details are anticipated to keep potential residents and investors informed about this pioneering project.
