Karachi: inDrive has launched a nationwide campaign aimed at supporting its drivers amid rising fuel costs by offering fuel vouchers. The initiative, titled "Sahi intekhaab ka sahi inaam," seeks to reward the hard work and dedication of inDrive's driver community in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
According to inDrive, the campaign will distribute more than 2,500 high-value fuel vouchers to drivers who maintain an "active" status by completing at least 50 rides per week. The first session of the initiative took place in early June, where 1,000 drivers received fuel vouchers. An additional 2,000 vouchers will be distributed in subsequent sessions throughout the campaign's duration.
"Drivers are the backbone of the ride-hailing ecosystem we have built in Pakistan," said Muhammad Awais Saeed, Country Lead for inDrive Pakistan. The campaign is designed to alleviate operational costs for drivers by offering tangible rewards amid the high-demand summer season.
The reward mechanism aims to counteract recent fuel price increases, providing drivers with financial relief and support as they navigate a challenging economic environment.
