ISLAMABAD: Jazz, a major digital operator in Pakistan, has launched new UAE Data Roaming Bundles aimed at providing affordable connectivity options for Pakistani travelers and the diaspora in the United Arab Emirates. These bundles are designed to bypass the need for expensive foreign SIM cards or complicated eSIM setups, offering high-speed data at competitive rates for a seamless travel experience.
According to a statement by Jazz Pakistan, the new bundles are available in three options: 1 GB for 7 days priced at PKR 999, 2 GB for 15 days at PKR 1799, and 5 GB for 30 days at PKR 4499. A key feature of these bundles is the unrestricted access to VoIP audio and video calling services such as WhatsApp, BiP, Messenger, and FaceTime, addressing a common issue faced by users of local UAE SIMs. Activation is made easy through multiple channels, including dialing *7626#, using the Jazz SIMOSA app, or via Jazz's WhatsApp self-service.
Adeel Asad, Head of Carrier and International Business at Jazz, highlighted the company's dedication to customer needs, stating that the new bundles are part of Jazz's strategy to provide affordable and reliable connectivity by partnering with leading UAE networks like Etisalat. This initiative ensures that Jazz customers can stay connected for personal and professional purposes, regardless of their location.
These bundles are part of Jazz's broader roaming portfolio, which features World Bundles covering over 90 countries, and specific offerings for data services in Saudi Arabia. In addition to data, customers can use voice and SMS services in the UAE at standard base rates, with further details accessible through Jazz's communication channels. Jazz's latest offerings aim to facilitate uninterrupted connectivity for its users, whether they are traveling for religious pilgrimages, vacations, or business engagements.
