Jazz Partners with Mercantile to Launch iPhone 16 in Pakistan

Karachi: Jazz, a leading digital service provider in Pakistan, has entered into a strategic partnership with Mercantile, the authorized distributor for Apple in Pakistan and South Asia, to bring the iPhone 16 series to Pakistani consumers. This move is part of Jazz’s efforts to maintain its position as a digital leader in the country.

According to Jazz Pakistan, the iPhone 16 will be available across all Jazz Business Centers nationwide, offering customers a streamlined purchase experience. Each device comes with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) approval and a limited Apple warranty, claimable through authorized sellers in Pakistan. Additionally, Jazz and Mercantile have introduced an exclusive trade-in program that provides competitive values, allowing existing iPhone users to upgrade easily to the latest model.

Jazz is enhancing the value for customers further by including complimentary bundle packages with the purchase of an iPhone 16. These packages feature e-SIM activation, up to 200 GB of monthly data, and 5,000 all-network minutes, which includes 2,000 off-net and 3,000 on-net minutes. The package also offers handset insurance coverage worth up to PKR 100,000, which protects against theft and accidental damage.

Ali Fahd, Vice President of Marketing at Jazz, commented on the launch, stating, “We are excited to partner with Mercantile to bring the iPhone 16 to our customers, reaffirming our commitment to providing cutting-edge technology, exceptional service, and tailored benefits. With the launch of the iPhone 16 series phones, we aim to offer a seamless and rewarding experience that caters to the diverse digital needs of our consumers.”
