KARACHI: Jazz has announced a new corporate identity, JazzWorld, aimed at enhancing customer experience through AI-driven growth and digital expansion for its 100 million users. The move marks Jazz's transformation into a multi-business organization, integrating connectivity, digital, financial, and lifestyle services under a cohesive vision.
JazzWorld outlines the strategic path for the company's expanding digital and financial services. While Jazz continues as Pakistan’s leading connectivity brand, JazzWorld aims to unify these services to better serve a wide customer base across the nation.
The new identity will bring together platforms in fintech, entertainment, cloud computing, and healthtech, including JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, and ApnaClinic, among others. JazzWorld is also expanding its capabilities in AI, data centers, and cybersecurity to build an integrated digital ecosystem that connects people and opportunities nationwide.
As part of this initiative, JazzWorld has appointed Aamer Ejaz as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. This newly created role will focus on advancing AI solutions that are adapted to Pakistan’s needs, improving user experience and product innovation.
Cybersecurity has also been prioritized within JazzWorld's governance framework. The Chief Information Security Officer, Qasim Shafique, will now report directly to the CEO, emphasizing security and digital safety across operations.
Aamir Ibrahim, CEO of JazzWorld, remarked that the new identity reflects the evolution of the company. He stated that JazzWorld aims to advance Pakistan's digital ecosystem by integrating payments, online services, and AI capabilities while maintaining its core mission of delivering a better life for all.
Jazz remains the primary connectivity service within JazzWorld’s ecosystem. Further details on the implementation of the new identity across products and communications will be disclosed in the coming weeks, as JazzWorld seeks to unite its businesses and platforms under one umbrella.
