JS Bank and State Life Insurance Launch Digital Payment Solutions for Policyholders

Karachi: JS Bank has partnered with State Life Insurance Corporation (SLIC) to enhance the premium payment process through digital solutions, aiming to promote financial inclusion and accessibility in Pakistan.

According to a statement by JS Bank Limited, this collaboration leverages KuickPay's technology to offer policyholders a range of digital payment options, including mobile apps, internet banking, and digital wallets. For those preferring in-person transactions, payments can be made at over-the-counter facilities provided by selected courier service centers, JS Zindigi agents, and other partner outlets.

The initiative also extends its reach to policyholders residing abroad, allowing them to make premium payments from international bank accounts. This flexibility is supported by digital channels and select branches of JS Bank, BankIslami, and other financial institutions, broadening accessibility for all customers.

At the launch ceremony, Basir Shamsie, President and CEO of JS Bank, emphasized the bank's mission to simplify and widen access to financial services. He noted that the collaboration with SLIC and the use of KuickPay's technology are integral to bridging financial gaps and ensuring seamless insurance management globally.

Shoaib Javed Hussain, CEO of SLIC, highlighted the organization's commitment to digital adoption and innovation, focusing on transparency and policyholder empowerment. He stated that the partnership with JS Bank and KuickPay is pivotal in developing an inclusive financial protection ecosystem for all Pakistanis.
