JS Bank and State Life Insurance Partner to Enhance Digital Premium Payments

Karachi: JS Bank and State Life Insurance Corporation have announced a new collaboration to modernize premium payment processes through digital solutions. The partnership aims to offer a streamlined, secure, and easily accessible payment experience for policyholders across Pakistan and abroad.

According to a statement by JS Bank Limited, the initiative will leverage KuickPay's technology to enable customers to pay their insurance premiums through mobile apps, internet banking, and digital wallets. For those who prefer in-person transactions, over-the-counter payment facilities will be available at selected courier service centers, JS Zindigi agents, and other partner outlets. This approach caters to both banked and unbanked customers, promoting greater financial inclusion.

The collaboration also extends to policyholders living overseas, allowing them to pay premiums from international bank accounts. Payments can be made via digital channels and selected branch counters of JS Bank, BankIslami, and other financial institutions, thus enhancing accessibility for all customers.

Basir Shamsie, President and CEO of JS Bank, emphasized the bank's commitment to simplifying financial services. "By partnering with State Life Insurance and leveraging KuickPay's technology, we are bridging financial gaps and ensuring that customers can manage their insurance commitments seamlessly, anywhere in the world," he stated.

Shoaib Javed Hussain, CEO of SLIC, highlighted the insurer's focus on digital adoption and innovation. "By enhancing SLIC's collaboration with JS Bank and leveraging the services of Kuickpay, SLIC is ensuring development of an inclusive financial protection ecosystem," he remarked.
