KSE100 index witnessed a positive session today closing at 40,077, gaining 245 points DoD. A total of 171mn shares were traded throughout the day where WTL (-0.8%), UNITY (6.3%), TPLP (3.8%), FFBL (6.0%) and CNERGY (1.6%) were the major contributors. Going forward, we recommend investors to stay cautious and avail the current downside as a buying opportunity in blue chip stocks.
