Karachi, June 03, 2022 (PPI-OT): View from the desk

KSE100 Index slid to close at 41,315, losing 923 points DoD. Total traded volume stood at 150mn shares. Major contribution to the index came from KEL (-6.1%), PRL (-3.2%), CNERGY (-4.4%), PAEL (-6.0%) and PIBTL (-7.6%). Going forward, market is expected to remain bearish, however, any downside may be availed as a buying opportunity.
