Islamabad: The Pak-Afghan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PAJCCI) has elected Junaid Makda as its President for the 2024-2026 term during its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which focused on enhancing trade relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

According to Pakistan Afghanistan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the AGM was chaired by Zubair Motiwala and hosted by former President Jawaid Bilwani, who emphasized the importance of collaboration for strengthening bilateral trade. The meeting also addressed key challenges in trade between the two nations.

The election of the new office bearers marks a pivotal step towards addressing these challenges and fostering a more robust trade partnership between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
