Karachi Business Leaders Praise Military for Robust Defense Against Indian Aggression

Karachi: In a unified show of support, leaders from Karachi's business and industry sectors have commended the Pakistan Armed Forces for their unwavering defense against recent Indian aggression. The press conference, organized by the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), highlighted the decisive military response under the leadership of Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir.

KATI President Junaid Naqi praised the armed forces for their swift and strategic actions, which he said neutralized the Indian military's advanced capabilities within minutes. He noted that the operation not only thwarted India's offensive but also rallied national unity reminiscent of the 1965 war.

Prominent figures at the conference included KATI Deputy Patron-in-Chief Zubair Chhaya, SITE Association President Azeem Alvi, and several others from major trade associations. The attendees collectively expressed gratitude for the armed forces' coordinated response, emphasizing the importance of a strong defense system for national sovereignty.

SITE Superhighway Association President Masood Parvez lauded KATI's initiative to unify various town associations, stressing that Pakistan's military actions have earned global recognition despite the country's peaceful stance. He asserted that the response was more effective than anticipated, showcasing Pakistan's resilience.

Azeem Alvi called for the government to focus on developing a robust economic policy with input from key stakeholders, while Tahseen Sheikh highlighted the Pakistan Air Force's rapid response as a source of pride for overseas Pakistanis.

Danish Aman of the Tanners Association remarked on how the military's actions had united the country, inspiring youth to contribute to national progress. Sheikh Umer Rehan from the Vanaspati Manufacturers Association noted that India's aggression had inadvertently strengthened Pakistan's resolve.

Zubair Chhaya concluded the event by expressing gratitude for the military's leadership and the nation's victory. He also honored civilians who were martyred and praised the media for countering Indian propaganda effectively.

The press conference underscored the business community's appreciation for the armed forces and called for continued national unity, particularly in economic matters.
