KARACHI: The President of the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI), Junaid Naqi, has condemned India's recent attack on Pakistan that resulted in the death of 26 civilians. Naqi expressed solidarity with the victims' families and highlighted the threat to regional peace posed by the aggression.
Naqi commended the Pakistani armed forces for their swift response, which included shooting down five enemy fighter jets. He emphasized that this action demonstrates Pakistan's impenetrable defense and the nation's readiness to protect its sovereignty.
He labeled India's attack as unethical and inhumane, stating that the entire nation supports the armed forces. Naqi noted that the business community stands firmly with the military, committed to national defense and security.
Naqi called on the international community to address India's war-mongering and work towards peace in South Asia. He praised the armed forces for their actions and reaffirmed the business sector's dedication to supporting the country's defense.
The KATI President asserted that Pakistan's trade and industry sectors are driven by patriotism and continue to play a crucial role in safeguarding the nation.
