Peshawar: Chief Minister Sardar Ali Amin Gandapur has announced an ambitious plan to complete 600 development projects across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by December this year. This initiative underscores the provincial government's commitment to enhancing public welfare and infrastructure within the region.
According to Zameen.Com, during a recent meeting with parliamentarians and party leaders from all four regions of the province, Chief Minister Gandapur emphasized the urgent need to prioritize and expedite projects, particularly those repairing damage from recent monsoon rains. He highlighted the government’s focus on public welfare projects that address immediate local needs.
Chief Minister Gandapur also underscored the importance of efficient public fund utilization and the strategy of completing projects before their official inauguration. This approach aims to ensure that facilities are fully operational and ready to serve the public upon their introduction. Gandapur’s directive to elected representatives to propose projects that reflect local demands further aims to decentralize development efforts, transferring more authority to local levels to enhance responsiveness and effectiveness.
