Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rates (KIBOR), indicating steady figures across various tenors for February 2026. The rates show minimal fluctuations, with overnight and longer-term borrowing costs remaining relatively stable.
According to State Bank of Pakistan, the bid and offer rates for the 1-week and 2-week tenors have been recorded at 10.29 and 10.79, respectively. For the 1-month tenor, the bid rate stands at 10.28, while the offer rate is at 10.78. The 3-month tenor sees a slight increase, with bid and offer rates at 10.33 and 10.58, respectively.
The 6-month tenor is recorded at 10.35 for the bid and 10.60 for the offer rate. The 9-month tenor shows a bid rate of 10.36 and an offer rate of 10.86, while the 1-year tenor features a bid rate of 10.37 and an offer rate of 10.87. These figures reflect a consistent trend in interbank borrowing costs, providing a stable backdrop for financial planning and transactions within the market.
