Peshawar: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has launched the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” mobile application, designed to give citizens direct access to the government for reporting concerns and issues. The initiative, launched under the slogan “Power to the People,” is aimed at improving governance through real-time public engagement.

According to Zameen.Com, the app allows residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as overseas Pakistanis, to submit complaints related to healthcare, education, law and order, land revenue, corruption, and development projects. The app is designed to ensure quick responses to complaints, with relevant departments monitoring the submissions and providing direct feedback to users.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the app would enable his office to stay in close touch with public sentiment, helping to streamline accountability and governance across various sectors of the province. The app promises to empower citizens by giving them a platform to voice their concerns and receive timely resolutions, ultimately enhancing transparency in public services.
